1976年创办于中国香港，2003年创办深圳高文安设计有限公司，2006年分别在上海1933老场坊、成都宽窄巷子成立分公司，主营建筑设计、室内设计、软装设计、园林设计，拥有40余年资深行业经验，聚集来自欧洲、中国大陆、香港台湾两岸三地的上百名设计师工程师及各领域顶尖人才，设计项目覆盖中国98座城市及海外29个国家，总完成项目5600余项，总设计面积近600万平方米。

2015年，上市公司宝鹰股份收购高文安设计公司60%股份，两家公司正式结成战略同盟。宝鹰集团是全国建筑装饰行业专业资质最齐全企业之一，业务范围涵盖：装饰装修工程、幕墙钢结构工程、集成智能化工程、建筑消防工程、机电安装工程、安防技术工程、金属门窗工程、展览展会工程和医疗设备工程，具备4个设计甲级资质（装饰、幕墙、智能化、消防），6个施工壹级资质（装饰、幕墙、电子与智能化、消防、机电、展览展示），1个钢结构施工贰级资质，专业为客户提供完善、优质、系统的建筑装饰工程设计施工综合解决方案及承建管理服务。
